Cooperation Homoeopathic Research Society (CHRS) is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting homoeopathic research, health awareness, medical camps, education, skill development, social welfare, community development, and humanitarian services. We are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and fairness in all financial transactions.

1. Donations

All donations made to CHRS are voluntary and are utilized solely to support the charitable objectives of the Society.

As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once they have been successfully processed and accepted.

Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Incorrect amount paid due to a technical or human error.
Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment service provider or bank.
Payment deducted from the donor's account but not received by CHRS.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of the transaction.

2. Membership Fees

Membership registration fees, renewal fees, application processing fees, identity card charges, and document verification fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

A duplicate payment has been made.
Payment was accepted due to a technical error.
The application cannot be processed because of an error on the part of CHRS.

Approval of membership remains subject to the Rules and Regulations of CHRS.

3. Training, Workshops & Skill Development Programmes

Where CHRS conducts paid training programmes, seminars, workshops, certification courses, conferences, or skill development activities:

Cancellation requested at least 7 days before the commencement of the programme may be eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable administrative charges and payment gateway fees.
No refund shall be provided once the programme has commenced or the participant has attended any session or accessed course material.
If CHRS cancels the programme, participants may choose either:
A full refund; or
Transfer of registration to the next available programme or batch.
4. Medical Camps & Events

Registration fees, if any, collected for health camps, awareness programmes, conferences, or public events are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by CHRS.

5. Online Payments

Payments made through the CHRS website are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.

CHRS does not store your debit card number, credit card details, CVV, UPI PIN, internet banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request an eligible refund, the applicant should provide:

Full Name
Mobile Number
Email Address
Transaction ID
Date of Payment
Amount Paid
Payment Method
Reason for Refund
Proof of Payment (Receipt, Invoice, or Screenshot)

Refund requests should be sent to the official email address of CHRS.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 14 working days.

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.

Processing time may vary depending upon the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

8. Right to Reject Refund Requests

CHRS reserves the right to reject any refund request that:

Is submitted after the prescribed time limit.
Does not contain sufficient supporting information.
Relates to voluntary donations already utilized for charitable purposes.
Is inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
Is found to be fraudulent or misleading.

The decision of the Governing Body of CHRS shall be final.

9. Changes to this Refund Policy

CHRS reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The revised policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
